Complaints

On the rare occasions that you may not be happy you can make a complaint using the procedures found on in our Complaints Policy which can be found below. Normally, your written complaint should be addressed to the headteacher. If, however, your complaint concerns the headteacher personally, it should be sent to the school marked “For the attention of the Chair of Governors”. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing as soon as possible after receiving it.
