PARENTS EVENING:

The weather is still causing great cause for concern and our site is very quickly becoming unsafe due to ice.

We apologise for the very late notice but the final appointment for Parents’ Evening tonight will be 5.30pm. Appointments before this time will be honoured but anyone who has an appointment after that will be rearranged at a mutually convenient time when the weather clears.

The housing estate paths and our car park are incredibly slippery and not only is your safety of paramount importance it is also important to me that my staff are able to travel safely.

We have a level 3 alert which remains in place until Saturday and whilst we do what we can to keep things going sometimes our hands are tied by the elements.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the lateness of this email. We will contact you in due course regarding appointments to be made up.

SNOW UPDATE: We are planning to open as usual tomorrow subject to any adverse conditions overnight which may force us to revise this decision. As there will no doubt still be snow on the ground please ensure your children are adequately prepared with warm clothing, waterproof footwear and a change of shoes for indoors. Should we need to close school we will contact parents first thing in the morning.
