KS2 enjoyed a trip to St Albans Verulamium this week. They were given the opportunity to learn about how the Romans lived. Excitingly, they saw mosaics and oil lamps which they had recreated in our school based Roman day earlier in the term. They enjoyed learning about how the Romans grew crops to supply food to others and much more. Additionally, the children enjoyed dressing up like Romans and were set challenges to buy useful items from the market stalls.
